How far in advance do we need to book?We recommend booking at least 4 months in advance to secure your preferred date. Availability can vary depending on the season.

Can we visit the venue before booking?Absolutely! We encourage all potential clients to schedule a tour of the venue to ensure it meets their needs.

Do you provide event planning services?Our in-house event coordinator is one of our area's finest event planners and florist. Schedule a meeting for more information. Additional fees may apply. You’re welcome to bring your own decorations, and we’ll ensure everything comes together beautifully.

Can we bring in our own alcohol?No, Oscars is responsible for all beverage sales.

Is our deposit refundable?No, deposit is date transferable but not transferable.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations 14-30 days prior will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days receive no refund.

What is included in the rental fee?The rental fee includes the use of the event space, basic furniture (tables, chairs), and access to our in-house sound system. Additional services like decorations, catering, and staff are available at extra cost.

Is there parking available for guests?Street parking available.

Are you available for luncheons or lunch time events?Yes. We are available for events any time of day.

What is the dress code?We invite you to dress to impress and showcase your personal style when visiting Oscar’s. To maintain a refined atmosphere, we ask guests to avoid gym attire, tank tops, beachwear, flip flops, ball caps, athletic apparel, exposed undergarments, and clothing with offensive language or imagery. Ripped, torn, or frayed jeans, shorts, or apparel are also not permitted. Dress shorts with closed-toe shoes are welcomed for both men and women. However, cargo shorts, cut-off jeans, or surfer shorts do not meet our dress code standards. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines and helping us create an unforgettable experience at Oscar’s.

How many guests can your venue accommodate?Our venue can comfortably host 75 guests for seated events and up to 125 for cocktail-style events.

Do you provide catering, or can we bring our own?We offer in-house catering.

Are there any restrictions on decorations?We allow most types of decorations but ask that you avoid anything that might cause permanent damage to the venue (e.g., confetti, open flames). Please consult with us about specific decor plans.

What types of events can be hosted at your venue?We accommodate wedding receptions, engagement parties, corporate events, pharmaceutical programs, birthday parties, showers, and more. If you have a unique event in mind, feel free to ask!
